i went there this past sunday. yes it is called pure mx now. its a really fast track, not really many jumps, deep deep sand, a little more difficult on a 250f but a 450 is perfect. but overall i thought it was a pretty fun place. a little far. about an hour and a half or more from the mid cities area.

Wow, yeah I just checked it out, man that place is huge so it seems from the pics. I see what you're saying about how it could be a little tough maybe on a 250f in all the sand areas but it still looks like a lot of fun!

They are open today and no more precip for today or tomorrow!!! they are going to be open tomorrow!!!

    From Dallas:

Head Southeast on Hwy 175 to Athens. Go south on Hwy 19 to Montalba. Turn right on FM 321 at the blinking yellow light. Go approx. 1 1/2 miles to CR 2412. Veer right. The track is on your left hand side.

Its was really nice. Somewhere i will be going often now. great soil! They probably could have disked it a lil better but the pros really outweigh the cons. I'm just sayin that cause there was alot of braking bumps from sat on the track.
I really learned alot about riding in sand this weekend by riding there. you hardly use your front end to turn at this track at all. most of the turns are deep sand and i just leaned back and revved!!!! Jumps were on key! there was a awesome step up double in the back and it was really dialed in!! This ytrack has a mix of elevation changes, sandy corners, some hard clay rutted corners(mainly all sand though!), and some really nice jumps. So I'd say YOU GOTTA GO!!
